The Cadillac Parade on historic Pennsylvania Avenue is an old school tradition that dates to 1946 Back in the day stars like Billie Holiday and Pearl Bailey would don their finest gear seat themselves in the finest Cadillac around and join the motorcade of fancy cars that drove down the avenue watched by fancily dressed Baltimoreans The tradition faded for a time but has been revived for the past nine years This year parade goers will see up to 100 old and new Caddies roll In addition there will be lots of yummy food local spoken word jazz and RB acts and local and regional marching bands Its a great way to enjoy a perfect Saturday afternoon while also preservin
