it was the next day. i was going to my locker. then lena and grace came up to me and said, i hear joe is looking for a girlfriend. i was still walking to my locker. you guys it doesnt matter, he isnt going to pick any of us. lena sighed then said you never know, he could look into my eyes and know that we are meant to be. then my prince charming would sweep my off my feet. grace laughed then said, how do you know he wont sweep me off my feet. i just looked at them like they were crazy then said i am going to english see you later. i walked into the class and sat in my normal seat. a few minutes later the class started. i felt a tap on my shoulder i turned to see joe. what do you want? shouldnt you be making out with your girlfriend right now. she wasnt my girlfriend i was making out with her for the fun of it, she really wasnt that fun. i turned around then he tapped me agian. what do you want now? i was wondering if you wanted to make out today? i looked at him for a few seconds then without answering quickly turned around. after clas i was gathering my books. joe came to me and asked me my name. my name is haley, why? i was just wondering. i was walking out the room and he was walking beside me. are you following me? yea, i might have to if you dont let me take you out tonight. i started walking faster. why would you want to go out with you anyway? i dont know, your cute, thats one thing, you are also kind of smart. but what i really like is how sexy you are. he tried to kiss me. then i turned around and went to my next class. it was lunch time finally and i went to sit with lena, megan, and grace. grace turned to me. i saw you with joe after first period, what were you talking about. its no big deal, why do you want him that badly? she smiled then siad, no i just wanted to know if he picked you to be his knew girlfriend, which you siad that would never happen. we started laughing. then a vioce behind me said, what you laughing about. iturned to see joe. what do you want? i need to talk to you, alone. i took a few seconds to think if i should go with him. then finally got up and was walking behind him. we were walking down the halls then he stopped at an empty classroom. he dragged me in their, pushed me up aginist the wall and started to kiss me. i pushed him back, what is wrong with you you said you wanted to talk. i do, i just wanted to kiss you first. i was still on the wall. he put his hands up aginist the wall cornering me. i just want you to go out with you, why cant you go out with me? i stood there for a moment then said. it all depends on your intentions. so why would you want to go out with me? i already give the answer to that question. i shook my head then looked at him and siad you really are a jackass. with that i walked out the classroom and left him there. it was after school and i was walking home. then i heard an engine pull up beside me. the window rolled down and it was joe. why are you stalking me? i asked. i was wondering if you wanted a ride. do you know wher i live. yea, right next to me. i stopped with wide eyes turned to him and siad how do you know that. because when i got home yesterday i looked out my bedroom window to see you there. i did a fake laugh then started walking agian. its just a ride not a date. i finally turned and got in the car. we drove down a few srteets then got to my house. i was getting out of the car when he grabbed my arm and said, just one date. i promise you wont be disapionted. i took a few minutes to answer then said, fine one date, but that doesnt mean anything. okay, fine, pick you up at seven tonight. then he drove to his house i went inside, straight to my room. then i locked my window and pulled the blinds down. i didnt want him spying on me. i looked all in my closet to find somthing to where. i dont care if it meant anything or not. i wanted him to be drooling. i tried on several different outfits. then finally found the perfect outfit. it was a blue jean minni skirt and a pink spagetti strap top with a short little see through sweater over it. it wasnt anything that showed to much. but it looked pretty good. it was seven. the door bell rand. i ran to answer it. when i opened that door his fthen saidace dropped and he said, WOW!. i laughed a little then siad, lets just go. i turned and face mt dad. i told him i was leaving. he didnt really care. he never cared what i did that is one of the reasons my mom didnt like him. we walked out the door and to his car. he started driving. where are we going? i asked. you'll see soon enough. i just sat there quietly waiting.
